DOA Policy

DOA Policy

We try to provide the best prices and quality out there, so we like to keep our DOA (Dead on Arrival) policy simple.

Fish and Invertebrates*

- If your livestock arrives dead in the bag, you’re covered

- If your shipment is delayed or lost by the carrier, and the livestock arrives dead, you’re covered

Coral and Anemones**

- If your coral/anemone arrives dead in the bag, you’re covered

- If your coral/anemone dies in your tank within 2 hours of delivery, you’re covered

- If your shipment is delayed or lost by the carrier, and the livestock arrives dead, you’re covered

*Photos must be sent of the dead livestock in the bag, as well as out of the bag, within 1 hour of the delivery time posted by the carrier. Photos should be clear, and the bag must be unopened and unaltered at first. Then open the bag and take out of bag pictures. If package is delayed, pictures of dead livestock still must be sent within 1 hour of the package delivery.

**Photos of the dead coral must be sent within 2 hours of the delivery time posted by the carrier. Photos should clearly show the dead coral whether it’s in the bag or in the tank. If package is delayed, pictures of dead livestock still must be sent within 2 hours of the package delivery.

Return Policy

We will work with each customer individually, so everything is worked out and the customer is satisfied. We care just as much about the livestock and product as you do.

All livestock has a no return policy, unless contacted and approved by management.
